Thank you for shopping with Tutu’s Afrimart. Please review the shipping and delivery details below to choose the best option for your order.


1) Same-Day Delivery (KWC: Kitchener • Waterloo • Cambridge)

We offer same-day delivery for both dry and frozen items within Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Order before 12:00 PM: Delivered same day
  • Order after 12:00 PM: Delivered the next day

2) Shipping Within Ontario (Outside KWC)

Frozen Items (Ontario – GTA, Peel, etc.)

Frozen items shipped to other parts of Ontario require 1–2-day delivery at checkout to help items arrive frozen and safe.

Dry Items (Ontario)

Dry items have several shipping options available at checkout. Choose the option that works best for your timeline and budget.


3) Out-of-Province Shipping (Outside Ontario)

Frozen Items (Out of Ontario)

For frozen items shipping outside Ontario, please select 1-day delivery at checkout.

Shipping schedule for frozen (out of province):

  • Frozen orders ship Mondays to Wednesdays only.
  • Orders placed Thursday to Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Dry Items (Out of Ontario)

Dry items can ship using any available shipping option—choose what works best for you.


4) Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your destination. All delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.


5) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive shipping updates without delay.


6) Perishable & Frozen Item Handling

We take extra care in packaging perishable and frozen items to help maintain freshness during transit.

Upon delivery:

  • Refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately.
  • Follow recommended storage guidelines to maintain quality.

Please note: Tutu’s Afrimart is not responsible for quality issues if items are not stored properly after delivery.


7) Delivery Issues (Delays, Damage, Missing Items)

If you experience delivery issues such as delays, damaged items, or missing items, please contact us immediately so we can help.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the package/items (if damaged)

8) Pickup (By Appointment Only — Cambridge)

Pickup is available by appointment only at an agreed location within Cambridge, Ontario.

  • You will receive a text or email once your order is ready and your pickup time is confirmed.
  • Please wait for confirmation before coming for pickup.
