Dried Sole Fish (Eja Abo) is that fish you add when you want your food to really “enter body”. Also known as Ukpek fish in some parts of Nigeria.
Each pack comes with 3-4 big, chunky pieces. It’s meaty, flavorful and gives your food that proper local taste.
It works so well in: egusi, efo riro, beans, fried stew and any other sauce where you want that dried fish vibe. Just soak, rinse and add to your cooking.
How to store: Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, you can put it in the fridge or freezer to keep the flavour and smell fresh.
