These are stockfish fillets . They are cut into handy pieces so they’re easier to soak, season and cook. They add a deep, rich, traditional taste to whatever you’re making, without you fighting with one big, tough whole fish.

Perfect in Egusi, okro, ogbono, efo riro, beans, native stew and other local dishes that need that proper local  flavor.

How to use:
Soak in warm water until soft, rinse and add to your pot to cook through.
